Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The role involves working as a Maintenance Mechanic at a cement plant, where you will be responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs, as well as troubleshooting various electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, transformers, starters, breakers, disconnects, temperature and pressure transmitters, and similar devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematic designs.

Essential Skills

• Experience in maintenance, millwright, industrial mechanics, and electrician work.
• Proficiency with 480v electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic designs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a written mechanical aptitude test with a score above 70%.

Work Environment

You will be working at a cement factory located in Stockertown, PA. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots, jeans, and a shirt with sleeves. The position involves working in a hands-on industrial environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Stockertown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr. medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with a match, paid time off, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

This is a fully onsite position in Stockertown,PA.
