Electrical/Low Voltage Construction Manager

A leading general contractor is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to oversee critical electrical infrastructure for a large-scale data center build near Amarillo, TX. This individual will play a key leadership role in planning, coordination, and execution of electrical systems-ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while serving as the technical advisor for electrical systems on site.
  
• Coordinate design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and documentation, ensuring constructability and compliance with codes and client requirements.
  
• Lead QA/QC processes, safety protocols, inspections, and commissioning efforts to ensure successful system turnover.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in electrical construction management within commercial building projects; at least 3 years in hyperscale or mission-critical data centers preferred.
  
• Proven track record managing large-scale electrical installations, including high/medium/low voltage systems, UPS, generators, and BMS integration.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, commissioning processes, and industry standards (NEC, IEEE, Uptime Institute, etc.).
  
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience; PMP or OSHA 30 certification a plus.
  

Location: Amarillo, TX (100% Onsite)
Salary: $109K - $179K (DOE)
Bonus: Two bonuses (Individual + Company) + SAU (Stock Appreciation Units)
Per Diem: $160/day (non-taxable, starts once onsite - covers travel/living costs). No company vehicle or gas card.
