Electrical Field Service Technician/Engineer

Location: East Chicago, Indiana

What's the Job?

• Identify, develop, and implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical distribution systems and equipment.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct predictive maintenance activities such as IR Thermography and Transformer Oil Analysis.
• Work independently in the field and make technical decisions based on established procedures.

What's Needed?

• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the maintenance of medium voltage electrical systems in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve results with minimal supervision.
