Position Overview: Siemens Industry is looking for an Electrical Test Engineer for their Pomona, CA manufacturing facility. This person will perform electrical testing on power distribution products of 600V or less. This position is essential for maintaining quality of highly custom and complex products. In this role you will be able to work a flexible afternoon schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and Inspect Low Voltage Switchboards and Panel Boards to applicable standards
• Use multi meter and electrical theory to verify power readings and circuit build to ensure accurate wiring and operation.
• Use Hipot, test cart, hand tools and various other tools to aid in testing.
• Use specialized software for testing/inspecting when required (i.e. Siemens WinPM, PowerConfig, Step 7, MicroWin, WinCC Flexible, SAP, etc).
• Perform inspections/audits of electromechanical assemblies
• Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities
• Assist in training other specialists and employees as the need arises.
• Participate in best practice sharing with other facilities.
• Maintain and improve test procedures and documentation.

Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The pay range for this position is $62K - $82K annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
