Overview:
A growing technology manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join its engineering team. This role involves hands-on work with high-voltage systems and offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced industrial components used in precision applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, modify, and evaluate electronic circuitry and components for high-voltage industrial systems.
Test, troubleshoot, and debug electrical components and integrated systems.
Conduct experimental tests and analyze performance data.
Collaborate with technical personnel to ensure prototype models meet design specifications.
Review engineering drawings and designs for compliance with internal standards and national codes.
Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Work closely with mechanical, software, and electrical engineers to develop and refine system documentation.
Support the creation of technical manuals and customer-facing documentation.
Maintain engineering reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the engineering team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Internship or professional experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of electrical circuitry and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
Prior hands-on experience with soldering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of regulatory standards such as CE or UL.
Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
Exposure to high-voltage or industrial components.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
Visual acuity for detailed work and safety awareness.
Effective communication across various platforms.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Capable of working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
