Key Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years in designing, developing, and implementing control systems, plus 5 years in electrical control systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming; Autodesk Inventor and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) are a plus.
• Mathematical Knowledge: Understanding of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of design techniques and tools for creating precision plans and models.
• Communication: Strong ability to engage effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Compliance: Must meet ITAR requirements and be prepared to travel for short project assignments.
