Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and wire equipment using tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, splicing tools, and crimping tools.

• Read and interpret drawings and sketches accurately.

• Maintain a daily time log of work completed on manufacturing and production travelers.

• Execute additional assigned duties as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of electrical experience in any capacity.

• Ability to take accurate measurements with a tape measure and use a meter.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools with at least 6 months of experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, mechanics, automotive technician roles, and blueprint reading is advantageous.

• Mechanical inclination and familiarity with automotive systems and generators are beneficial.

Work Environment

Work in a large manufacturing facility where jeans and shirts are acceptable attire. Uniforms will be provided within a month, and steel-toed boots are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
