Role Responsibilities:
• Classroom Leadership: Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and inviting atmosphere for children to play, learn, and grow.
• Curriculum Implementation: Assist in executing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® while adapting to the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
• Safety First: Prioritize a secure and nurturing environment for all children.
• Family Communication: Support teachers in providing regular updates to families about their children's progress, using mobile apps and face-to-face discussions.
• Center Collaboration: Work as a team player with staff and leadership to achieve retention, enrollment, and engagement objectives.
• Relationship Builder: Develop warm, trusting relationships with families and colleagues to create a cohesive learning and play environment.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience: Preferred prior experience in childcare or a strong passion for early childhood education.
• State Compliance: Must meet state-specific regulations for the role.
• Health and Safety: Compliance with state and federal requirements, including immunizations and health training.

Caregiving Skills:
• Ability to identify and address safety risks in a childcare setting.
• Ensure children's daily needs are met, including diapering, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Promote good social skills through strong communication and conflict resolution.
• Keep children engaged in fun and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and composure at all times.

Physical Resilience:
• Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time without discomfort.
• Able to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds safely.
• Reach, stretch, climb, and maintain physical activity.
• Supervise children by sight and sound, even in varying weather conditions (20°F with wind chill to 95°F).
