Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and positioning patients for diagnostic imaging procedures
• Explaining procedures and protocols to patients in a compassionate manner
• Setting up imaging equipment, determining exposure factors, and producing high-quality images for accurate diagnostics
• Implementing radiation protection techniques to ensure the safety of patients and staff
• Performing Transthoracic Echocardiographic examinations
• Conducting Vascular studies, including evaluations of carotids, lower extremity arterial and venous duplex for insufficiency, abdominal aorta, and renal artery Doppler; experience in venous insufficiency is preferred
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis and generating preliminary reports

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound
• Valid RDCS/RCS certification
• Valid RVS/RVT certification
• Active or temporary practice license in New York
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Ultrasound
• Able to work independently and travel between different offices as needed

Physical Qualifications:

• Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic requirements of the role

The hourly pay range for this position is $28.61 to $56.06, based on full-time employment and varies by experience, certification, and local labor markets.
