We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to help clients navigate their recovery from eating disorders with individualized, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat clients with eating disorders, including but not limited to anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).
• Provide individual addressing the emotional, psychological, and behavioral aspects of eating disorders - 25 billable clients per week.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including dietitians, medical professionals, and psychiatric providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Support clients in their recovery journey, helping them develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies while fostering emotional resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work) from an accredited institution.
• Clinical licensure as an LCPC or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches for eating disorders, such as CBT, DBT, and FBT.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals, dietitians, and other care providers as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Proficient in completing diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
