We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team and help guide children through this exciting stage of discovery and growth.

You are an experienced early childhood educator who:

• Has hands-on experience working with children ages 3 to 5 in a preschool or early learning setting (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Preferred: Holds or is working toward a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Loves creating a joyful, structured, and inclusive environment where children can learn through play
• Works well with others, communicates openly, and values strong relationships with families and colleagues

In this role, you will:

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning in all developmental areas
• Support each child's individual needs while encouraging group collaboration and independence
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Foster open communication with parents and caregivers about each child's development and classroom experience
