In our individualized ABA settings, you will engage directly with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy to assist children with Autism in realizing their full potential by following treatment plans, collecting data, documenting sessions, and applying feedback from supervisors.
• Foster child development through engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities designed for early childhood.
• Collaborate with a team to enhance treatment effectiveness, safety, and overall enjoyment in the workplace.
• Engage with children using play, movement, and imitation techniques. Activities include running, dancing, singing, or simply reading books—keeping the fun high and the atmosphere joyful.
• Communicate effectively and positively with families, peers, and supervisors to coordinate activities and celebrate progress.

Job Requirements:

• Physical capabilities to lift and move children (up to 30 lbs), bend, squat, and move quickly to maintain engagement and safety.
• Maintain a therapy-friendly environment by keeping play areas tidy and stimulating.
• Multitasking skills to manage various activities and conversations while assessing priorities and ensuring safety.
• Team support by working cohesively across centers, which may involve travel to nearby locations as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment through a comprehensive training curriculum and competency assessments.

Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education:

• Associates/High School: $15.00 - $22.50
• Bachelors: $15.00 - $24.00
• Masters: $16.00 - $26.00

For entry-level candidates, your first raise is received after certification as RBT, usually within 21 days.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.)
• Mental health professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians)
• Camps, volunteering, or teaching experiences
• Relevant degrees in fields like teaching, special education, sociology, psychology, or similar
• Experience as paraprofessionals or life skills assistants
• A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Enthusiasm for joining a caring, team-oriented culture
