We're seeking a hands-on Functional Architect to leadMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solution design and implementation in a project-based manufacturing, distribution, and financial environment. This role blendssolution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and configuration expertise to deliver scalable, business-driven results.
This is a roll up your sleeves, hands-on, close to the system - Functional Architecture role.
REQUIRED:

• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience in the Run Phase (post-go-live) experience in D365 F&O, including system stabilization and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead D365 F&O solution design, configuration, and integration across Project Management, Manufacturing, Sales Order, Inventory, and Financial modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and create functional design documents (FDDs).
• Build integrations using APIs, connectors, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure DevOps.
• Manage data migration (data cleansing, mapping, transformation) and create prototypes to validate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 7-10 years of D365 F&O experience
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Azure DevOps, SQL, and middleware tools (e.g., SSIS).
• Experience in Agile environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO costing and supply chain processes is a plus.
