Job Description

We are seeking Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists in Massage Therapy and Esthetics. The facility has world-class amenities with a strong commitment to providing innovative, exciting new products and techniques such as hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies.

Massage Therapist

The Massage Therapist's job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Performing 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting
• Analyzing client current needs and creating a programmatic treatment plan
• Ensuring that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift
• Remain compliant with all state regulatory boards in regard to intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes

Esthetician

The Estheticians' job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Analyze, consult and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Responsible for directing all efforts toward member satisfaction

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following attributes:

• Must possess a valid NY Massage Therapy license or certification
• Must possess a valid Esthetician license
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
• Must be willing to develop a practice within our corporation while developing their own skills and knowledge
• Must be available on a full-time basis (part-time opportunities may also be available)
• Evening and weekend availability
• Cross-trained in multiple services including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy and Reflexology highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive energy
• Dynamic group building personality
• Computer literacy

Massage Therapist Pay Transparency: $39.50-$43.50 per session; $16.50/hr (non-session work) and ability to earn bonus

Esthetician Pay Transparency: $49.40-$76.00 per session; $16.50/hr (non-session work); ability to earn incentive pay based on services performed
