DRYWALL ESTIMATOR

Job Description
Are you an experienced, hardworking Drywall Commercial Estimator who strives for top-quality results?
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Commercial Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled at analyzing drawings and specifications, and confident preparing accurate and competitive bids.
Responsibilities:

• Review architectural plans, specifications, and addenda.
  
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for drywall, framing, and related scopes.
  
• Develop accurate labor, material, and equipment cost estimates.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
  
• Assist project managers during pre-construction and bidding phases.
  
• Maintain updated cost databases and industry knowledge.
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of drywall estimating experience (commercial or residential).
  
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, drywall systems, and materials.
  
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
  
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Must have experience with local General Contractors.
