Driver/Operator II

This role involves ensuring the safe and effective execution of various HPC-Industrial jobs while working at client sites, including Westlake, LA. As a crucial team member, you will oversee and complete tasks that involve one crew, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Responsibilities

• Serve as a safety representative, overseeing safety policies and procedures for both the company and our customers.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle specialized equipment, including Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Manage the operation of various equipment for pumping, hydroblasting, and chemical cleaning tasks.
• Inspect surfaces post-cleaning to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment in use.
• Oversee tasks related to liquid vacs, air machines, and jet rodders.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians as needed.
• Transport equipment and personnel to/from job sites.
• Conduct pre-and post-trip inspections, maintain driver's logs, and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading of hoses and equipment.
• Unload vacuum trucks at designated disposal sites.
• Provide field maintenance as required.
• Complete additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Vocational training and safety training relevant to the position
• Proficiency in English to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions
• Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device
• Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) is necessary
• Knowledgeable in operating emergency equipment, like fire extinguishers
• Experience with vacuum truck operations is preferred
• Familiarity with both wet and dry vacuum equipment
