Drayage Dispatcher

Container Dispatch Coordinator

Schedule and dispatch drivers for container pickups and deliveries

Communicate with port terminals, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely movement of freight

Monitor driver locations and update delivery statuses in dispatch systems

Resolve issues related to delays, equipment, or documentation

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and container tracking

Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies

Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to meet service expectations

Drayage, dispatching, customer service, Microsoft Excel, data entry

Minimum 2 years of experience in drayage dispatch or intermodal logistics

Strong knowledge of port and rail operations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or transportation-related education is a plus

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06/hr.
