DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ADVOCATE AT CARROLL HOSPITAL CENTER

The Domestic Violence Advocate is a Center for Hope position but is physically located at Carroll Hospital Center. It provides client-centered intervention to patients at Carroll Hospital Center and follow-up case management services. Works as part of a team of dedicated staff, local police and other local agencies to assist victims in staying safe and connecting with appropriate resources. Key responsibilities include providing client-centered crisis intervention, follow up advocacy and case management to victims, and assisting with community outreach by attending community events as needed.

Requirements include an associate's degree preferred and 3 to 5 years of domestic violence experience. Prefer knowledge of Maryland resources and LAP.
