• Lead end-to-end data migration strategy, planning, and execution for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to define data migration scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Design and implement data migration solutions using SAP tools such as SAP Data Services/Informatica, LTMC, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and auditability throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain migration documentation including data mapping, test scripts, and cutover plans.
• Develop and manage detailed migration plans, cutover strategies, and post-go-live support models.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide thought leadership on data governance, master data management, and migration best practices.
• Interface with program leadership to report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in SAP data migration, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models across modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and SAP Data Services.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data profiling tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
