• Competitive Salary: $75,000$85,000/year
• Bonus Program tied to performance

What You'll Do

Lead with energy and purpose: Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, setting the tone for excellence in service, quality, and compliance.

Drive results: Manage budgets, P&L, and costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Develop your people: Mentor and train leaders and crew members to achieve their highest potential, fostering a culture of learning and success.

You'll ensure every Wingstop location in your district operates at its best delivering exceptional service, maintaining top-tier quality, and meeting compliance standards every single day.

Your operational and financial know-how will be key in driving profitability and making sure each restaurant runs as efficiently as possible.

But here's what truly matters: You put people first. You understand that success isn't just measured in numbers it's measured in the growth, confidence, and success of your team. You'll inspire, mentor, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

This role is active and demanding you'll be on your feet for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds as needed, and move with the energy of your team, bending and twisting frequently to get the job done.
