Logistics Operations Coordinator
Globally recognized Coffee Company, headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Logistics Operations Coordinator. This job contributes to the company's success by ensuring the highest level of account or specialized functional support for Logistics Services - supporting account and order management for our Channel business. The role supports operational and proactive issue resolution, driving customer satisfaction and supply chain compliance through effective order management, proactive communication, logistics execution, and collaboration with the company's partners in planning, distribution, channel, and manufacturing.
Pay - $26/hr. - $28/hr. (Depending on relevant qualifications, tenure, industry, etc.)
Location - Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)
Schedule Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (40 Hours a Week)
Contract Duration 12 Months

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Support order management for channel development.
- Coordinates daily logistics operations, including order management, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicates proactively with internal teams and external partners to resolve service disruptions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supports compliance with logistics policies and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with planning, distribution, and retail operations teams to align logistics execution with business needs.
- Attends meetings, contributes to collaborative problem-solving, and interacts effectively with customer teams to support operational goals.
- Identifies recurring issues and recommends process improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency.
- Maintains accurate records and reports to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification Requirements
- Must Have: 2+ years of experience in logistics and/or transportation industry.
- Supply chain experience (international experience is a bonus).
- Comfortable working independently.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or Logistics.
- Preferred: Oracle or CRM tooling experience
- Channel Development experience.
- Technical Documentation and SOP Creation experience.
