Our client, a dynamic logistics company, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. As a Dispatcher, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dedicated team of installers and customer service professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a reliable work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dispatcher

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: Starting $18 - $20 depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Schedule installations with customers.
• Take calls from customers, installers, and vendors.
• Go over jobs with installers at load up every morning.
• Prepare work orders and diagrams for installers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

What's Needed?

• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to multitask effectively.
• Work well under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
