As a Dispatch/Receptionist, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our team. In this dynamic role, you'll help coordinate emergency services while providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Scheduling and dispatching technicians for emergency services and restoration projects.
• Maintaining communication with clients to provide updates on service status.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient dispatch system.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed for service delivery.
• Supporting marketing efforts by promoting services to potential clients.
• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

To qualify, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communication is a plus.
• Proven experience in a dispatch or receptionist role, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.
• Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
