The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join their culinary team! This 595-room property boasts waterfront views of the intracoastal, three restaurant outlets and 20,000+ square feet of meeting space. The Broward County Convention Center is just a four-minute walk from the property and is a stop on the water taxi!

The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in a physically demanding field, as well as the ability to work fast pace with attention to detail! It would be considered an asset to have previous dishwashing or hotel food and beverage experience.

Shift Pattern: Candidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts as needed, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Dishwasher, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils
• Scrub pots and pans
• Burnish, de-tarnish and polish silver
• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment
• Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash
• Transport and store clean service ware
• Train other stewards, as needed
• Prepare and place clean service ware for events and functions
