Director Of Purchasing

Fuel the game-day experience by leading the backbone of operations! As Director of Purchasing, you will oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory systems that keep Arrowhead Stadium running at peak performance. You will ensure cost-effective purchasing, maintain reliable supply channels, and drive efficiency in all food, beverage, and event operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or procurement management experience
• Strong proficiency in ERP or supply chain management systems
• Knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Experience with foodservice, hospitality, or large-scale event operations preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and supply chain functions for stadium operations
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships and negotiate favorable contracts
• Manage purchasing budgets and ensure cost control
• Implement inventory tracking systems to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and corporate standards
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and finance teams to forecast needs
• Supervise and develop purchasing and supply chain staff
