The role you'll contribute:

Under the supervision of the Vice President, the Assistant Director of Foundation oversees the day-to-day operation of the three foundation boards. The assistant director works with the boards to carry out the mission and to develop and implement, with local partners, ways to raise funds and to fulfill the vision for the future of AdventHealth Heartland Region. The assistant director will ensure that monies raised will be spent as promised. The primary focus will be the community. The assistant director will also give direct oversight to the Volunteer Services Department and Gift Shop operations.

Provides effective leadership and supervisory support to staff

Empowers staff to make decisions by providing information and tools

Fosters teamwork, effective communication, and collaboration among all departments

Direct oversight to Foundation, Volunteer Services, and Gift Shop operations

Directs all Foundation special projects including major gifts, annual gifts, planned gifts, donor relations, events, develop and maintain annual donor budget and operating budget. Oversight to all department financials.

Qualifications:

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Bachelors in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or similar

5 years of experience nonprofit foundation board
