Director of Digital Design

Cintas is seeking a Director of Digital Design to lead design efforts and standards for Cintas' customer experience. In this role, you will oversee the design strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to create best-in-class user experiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience, you'll shape the design culture, recruit and lead a team of talented designers, and drive innovation that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, including User Journey Mapping of the Online to Offline experience, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional user experiences across all touchpoints.
• Recruit, build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of designers, fostering career growth and development.
• Represent the design team and its vision in executive meetings, communicating design impact and strategy to stakeholders.

Skills/Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and scaling design teams in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and research methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with design systems and building scalable frameworks for consistent UX delivery.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to drive impactful design strategies and deliver innovative solutions.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

Preferred:

• PMP Certified
