Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Diagnostic Imaging department, including radiology, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.

• Develop and implement innovative workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience.

• Evaluate and introduce emerging imaging technologies and practices to keep our hospital at the forefront of diagnostic care.

• Collaborate across the health system with clinical teams, IT, and administration to align imaging services with organizational goals.

• Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of technologists, radiologists, and support staff.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in diagnostic imaging within a hospital or healthcare system.

• Strong understanding of imaging technologies, regulatory standards, and quality assurance.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage change and drive departmental growth.

• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

• 7 plus years of experience
