Insight Global is looking to hire on a Director of Brand Strategy and Creative for a client. This role can be remote but candidate needs to sit East Coast. As a Director you will be leading the development and execution of our brand strategy, creative direction, and identity system to deliver consistent, differentiated positioning across every touchpoint. You'll ignite the creative vision behind integrated campaigns that don't just fuel long-term brand growth, but also deliver measurable impact for performance marketing. You'll champion initiatives that elevate brand awareness, build trust, and raise our net promoter score (NPS), making sure brand work translates directly to business results. You'll support the scale of our influencer and ambassador programs, amplifying reach and lowering CAC. You'll work hand-in-hand with Performance, Product Marketing, Creative, and Growth, embedding brand-first thinking across every layer of the go-to-market motion. And you'll spark demand on two fronts: by shaping and executing demand generation strategies that drive results within enterprise partnershipsaligning with their design and marketing needswhile simultaneously fueling organic demand for the brand among consumers. Responsibilities include: brand strategy and positioning, Creative Direction and Campaigns, Social Media Program Management, Brand Health and Measurement, Team Leadership and Cross Functional Partnerships.
