*MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND NO TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE PAST YEAR

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Provide transportation for individuals to and from dr appointments and attend appointments as needed.
Assist with office administrative duties as needed.
Be able to lift in order to assist individuals with loading and unloading in vehicles.
Communicate effectively and professionally and serve as a company representative in the community.
All other duties as described below as a Caregiver

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
