DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR

Job Summary

Working as an Ace Team Director of Dining Services, you will support FLIK accounts in the Connecticut and New York region which may include corporate dining, independent schools and/or airport lounge locations. You will manage and lead a team of associates in the location to which you are assigned. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.

As a member of the Ace Team you will be responsible for supporting and/or managing Flik accounts in the assigned territory. Additionally, you will be assigned to support non-local Flik locations requiring up to 25% travel. Ace schedules vary each week based on business needs. The majority of the assignments fall between Monday through Friday. There will be periodic evening, weekend and holiday assignments given with advance notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with FLIK marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
