In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Dining Room Host Checklist

The Dining Room Host will rotate through these tasks throughout their shift.

Cleaning

• Wipedown tables and chairs 1 minute after the guest leaves
• Sweep the floors and spot mop if needed
• Check trash receptacles to make sure they don't go above 3 bars full and area around
• Check the restrooms at the top of the hour to ensure cleanliness
• Clean the glass doors and the glass of the playplace
• Vacuum the rug in the vestibule
• Keep the condiment carts stocked
• Make sure the high chairs are clean and have placemats and Purell wipes ready
• Make sure the dining room tables are lined up neatly and the flower arrangements are aligned

Guest Check-Ins

• Greets Guests as they enter the restaurant
• Perform Table Touch-In's
• Refresh beverages for the guests
• Remove items from their table to be thrown away
• Assist the guests in retrieving high chairs for the little ones

Work schedule:

• Monday to Friday
