Digital Press Operator

Digital Press Operator Second Shift

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Press Operator to join our production team on second shift. This role is responsible for preparing and printing high-quality materials using large-format digital press equipment. You'll work closely with the graphics team, manage digital files, and ensure accurate output of member communications including postcards, mailers, and letters.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and run digital print files provided by the graphics team
• Review and make minor corrections to files using Adobe Acrobat and PDF tools
• Set up and operate large-format digital press equipment
• Monitor print jobs for quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Maintain organized workflows and meet production deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient output

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience operating digital press equipment (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and basic PDF editing
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow structured processes
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
