Requirements:

Digital Ambassador is a role to take charge in all things digital. Your job focus will be assembling McDelivery, curbside, and mobile app orders. Then the digital ambassador will turn in orders to the customer depending on order point. The job responsibilities are as follows, ensuring orders are assembled accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining certain times to meet digital standards. We believe in letting you do you.

And right now we have an awesome opportunity for Digital Ambassadors to work in our restaurant between the hours of 8am and 9pm. The Digital Ambassador gets to create feel-good moments everyday with customers by:

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while handing out their mobile orders
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
• Ensuring delivery drivers are taking correct order and answering questions they may have
• Ensuring order accuracy for curbside, delivery, or mobile app orders
• Handling any concerns with the mobile app
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
