Fulfill Your Potential as a Dietitian

• Consult with and counsel patients based on physician orders and dietary instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in patient care.
• Assess referral orders for appropriate nutrition intake methods.
• Maintain thorough documentation in patients' medical records per established standards.
• Implement and adapt nutritional care plans and assist patients with special dietary needs.
• Conduct calorie counts and provide tailored recommendations.
• Review and approve menus for nutritional adequacy.

Qualifications Required

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
• State licensure is necessary.
• Preferred: Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Hold a Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited institution in Food & Nutrition.
• One year of clinical dietetics experience is preferred.
