Sodexo is seeking Full-Time Registered Dietitians for Adventist Health and Rideout Regional Medical Center. The Medical Center is 40 miles northeast of Greater Sacramento for residents of Yuba and Sutter, and 125 miles northeast of San Francisco, CA!

This hospital is a Level III Trauma center consisting of a 200-bed facility that recently expanded. It implemented the Sodexo Premier Room Service Program to enhance patient satisfaction!

What You'll Do

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with a variety of disease states
• Conduct nutrition 1:1 patient assessments and diet education as needed
• Educate patients, family members, and facility staff on concepts of nutrition and diet modifications

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire. Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
