Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian for a brand new outpatient position at Children's Minnesota located in Minneapolis, MN. This position will mainly support our new pediatric weight management program but will also cover general outpatient pediatric nutrition.

What You'll Do

• Ideal candidate will have prior clinical, weight management, and outpatient experience; prior pediatric experience a plus
• Willingness to cover outpatient and participate in performance improvement projects, and provide training and nutrition education in a variety of settings
• Demonstrate an interest in partnering on research and outcomes, and will work to understand and improve nutrition approaches within the pediatric population

What You Bring

• Have prior familiarity identifying pediatric malnutrition
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups
• Be a Registered Dietitian and eligible for Licensure in MN

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
