About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet rolling strong. This position handles everything from routine maintenance to major repairs on Class 8 trucks, trailers, and Reefer Units etc. You'll work on engines, brakes, electrical, trailer components - everything to make sure drivers are running smooth and safe.

What You'll Do

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections on trucks and trailers
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical issues, brakes, and AC systems
• Handle major engine and component repairs as needed
• Service trailers, liftgates, and related equipment
• Keep detailed and accurate maintenance records
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What You Need

• Hands-on experience working with diesel engines and fleet equipment
• Ability to perform major repairs without supervision
• Strong understanding of electrical and air systems
• Must have your own tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of diesel repair or fleet maintenance work
• Familiar with Cummins or Detroit engines
• Experience using maintenance tracking systems (Cetaris or similar)
• CDL Class A preferred but not required
• Trailer maintenance experience a plus
