• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs for effective care delivery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Work collaboratively within a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing unique treatment plans.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager required.
• Preferred: Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. You will need a flexible schedule to accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is located in Fairview, Pennsylvania.
