• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Deliver high-quality care while overseeing a team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Monitor lab values and track vital signs for effective outcome management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to various clinics as needed.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. This position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located at 1641 Sassafras Street, Erie, PA.
