• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Oversee a team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in delivering high-quality care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Monitor lab values, vital signs, and track patient outcomes.
• Participate in training and may float to various clinics as needed.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 18 months of nursing experience, preferably in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Location: 1641 Sassafras Street, Erie, Pennsylvania. Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
