• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Deliver high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Oversee a team of PCTs to conduct patient observations and manage treatment plans.
• Participate in training and may float to various clinics as needed.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 18 months of nursing experience, preferably in critical care.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Willingness to supervise and lead a clinical team.
