Dialysis Nurse Supervisor RN - Immediate Start + Great Benefits

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients dealing with chronic kidney disease in our outpatient dialysis center. We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in Erie, PA, with immediate openings available!

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care.
• Trend lab values and track metrics on vital signs and outcomes.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering empathetic care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications. This position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be based in Erie, PA.
