Salary Range: $35.00 - $49.50
Pay Info: Sign-On Bonus of $20,000 or $30,000 with a commitment

Job Summary
As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform critical ultrasound examinations with professionalism and accuracy. This role requires you to:

• Utilize cognitive sonographic skills to obtain and document high-quality anatomical and diagnostic images.
• Master the operation of the ultrasound machine and stay abreast of new technologies.
• Maintain ethical relationships and rapport with patients and healthcare staff.
• Uphold a high standard of medical ethics, demonstrating empathy and integrity.
• Display an understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and manage stress effectively.
• Assist in maintaining accreditation requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, assisting during procedures as needed.
• Supervise and mentor students and fellow sonographers.
• Report equipment service requests as required.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should have:

• A degree from an accredited Diagnostic Imaging school or a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Registration in at least one of the following: RDMS, RVT, or ARRT; registry eligible is also acceptable.
• Licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board if working within North Dakota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record for mobile outreach services, if applicable.
