Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Location: Onsite, Downtown Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 DOE

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Schedule: 9 AM - 5:30 PM with O/T pay when necessary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our client's fast-paced litigation team. This blended administrative and paralegal role supports attorneys across complex civil litigation matters and requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and trial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and file legal documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing and PACER
• Prepare for depositions and trials, including document review and exhibit preparation
• Manage attorney calendars, docket scheduling, and travel arrangements
• Handle client intake, communications, and correspondence with opposing counsel
• Maintain client files and assist with reimbursements and expense tracking
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. litigation legal assistant experience in a civil litigation firm
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in one or more of the following practice areas:
• Real estate disputes
• Construction law
• Employment/restrictive covenant matters
• Complex business and contract disputes
• Intellectual property
• Trade secrets
• Strong discovery and trial preparation experience required
• Proficiency with:
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• NetDocs (document management)
• Centerbase (client billing software)
• Experience with Relativity for eDiscovery and document review is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work onsite daily; potential for one remote day per week after successful onboarding
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure
• JD candidates not pursuing bar admission are welcome to apply
