DevOps Engineer

Key Role:

Work as a DevOps Engineer, where you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. Build skills needed for platform-based development from vision to production-ready.Use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. This role is located in San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• 5+ years of experience with Platform as a Service
• 5+ years of experience with software planning, requirements analysis, design, development, integration, or testing
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 5+ years of experience in DevOps, or 10+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of degree

Additional Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with C++ and Python
• Experience with COSMOS
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience developing embedded real-time software
• Experience with Agile software development
• Experience with RAISE Authority to Operate (ATO)
• Experience with Overmatch Software Armory(OSA) tools
• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
