As a software engineer for General Dynamics Mission Systems at our Pittsfield, Massachusetts site, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for performing DevOps activities in addition to individual contributor SW development activities. We encourage you to apply if you have these skills or experiences:

• Must haves:
• Background in Task Automations (GitOps, CI/CD, Nightly Delivery, etc)
• Python and bash, and other scripting languages
• Familiarity with Containers (Docker/Podman/Kubernetes/EKS/LXC/etc)
• Understanding of SW engineering concepts
• Nice to haves:
• Object oriented development
• Experience with Code Analyzers (SAST/DAST/Sonarqube/etc)
• Experience coding against Web APIs (REST/GraphQL/gRPC)
• Agile experience (SAFe DevOps practitioner)
• Basic networking concepts
• Atlassian Stack
• Good communication skills

Target salary range: USD $97,754.00/Yr. - USD $108,445.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
