Designer (UI/UX & Customer Discovery)

TekSynap is seeking a Designer (UI/UX & Customer Discovery) to focus on human-centered design and customer discovery to ensure DevSecOps platforms are intuitive, functional, and widely adopted by users.

Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design to JPO DevSecOps platforms and portals.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interface frameworks.
• Conduct customer discovery and stakeholder interviews.
• Improve user adoption through intuitive design and communication strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years UI/UX design in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
• Demonstrated experience in customer discovery and prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Strong communication and human-centered design skills.
• Secret clearance required.
• 8570 certification: IAT Level II preferred.
