OPEN LOCUMS- Dermatology
This need to get more traction on additional candidates.
We will look at providers willing to obtain their OR license. Process would need to be started ASAP! Those needing a license may not be able to start as soon as those licensed so if unlicensed we will look at a start date of 11/1.
Please ensure bids reflect the below :
-Guaranteed hours: 9 hours per day
- OT applies after 40 hours worked per week.
We can make any schedule work, so will leave some flexibility to any interested candidate. This is what we are thinking:
- 07:30-12:00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients / hour
- 12:00-12:30 Lunch unpaid
- 12:30-01:00 Paid Admin Time
- 01:00-04:00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients /hour
- 04:00-05:00 Paid Admin
- 1.5 Admin per day X 4 = 6 hours admin per week
- 30 patient care
- 36 hours total for 4 days a week.
Physicians will not need hospital privileges but will need to be payor credentialed.
For orientation, we will have them shadow one of our MD's for a day, if they need EPIC help that will be arranged. Otherwise they will ramp up to 4 patients per day over a few week period.
We can start a provider as soon as they are confirmed and payor credentialed.
