How Being An IT Program Manager Will Make An Impact?

• Deputy Technical Lead / IT PM will be required to perform a number of diverse functions for the customer from participating and contributing to technical tasks, to leading development and infrastructure efforts.
• Leads and champions a data driven organizational plan to optimize the customer's data management, governance, accessibility.
• Responsible for providing programmatical expertise in the planning, vision, design and implementation of the technical solution.
• Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
• Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
• Participates in special projects as required.

What You'll Need To Succeed?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• Required Experience: 15+ years
• Required Technical Skills: Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership for the program. Supervises assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors. Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison. Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Participates in special projects as required.
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
• Preferred Skills: Scrum Master, Firm understanding of SQL and database concepts, Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, SNS, CloudWatch), Experience with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce
• Location: Chantilly, VA, customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
